We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here's how returns, refunds, and cancellations work with us.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
2. Return Eligibility
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Original packaging, with tags/labels intact (if any)
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.) required
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse by the customer
- Customised, personalised, or made-to-order items
- Items marked "non-returnable" on the product page
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
5. How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number
- Our team will review and share return instructions
- Once received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection
6. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled — a return can be requested after delivery instead
- We may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued
8. Exchanges
Prefer an exchange instead of a refund? Mention this when raising your return request, subject to availability.
